I’ve created an in-depth Jamorama review for this site, as it’s a guitar lessons course I’ve used myself and am happy to recommend to others. Up until now, there are have been three Jamorama products – Jamorama (a rhythm guitar course for beginners), Jamorama Lead (which follows on from the previous course, and teaches lead techniques), and Jamorama Acoustic, which is similar to the main Jamorama course, but with a focus on acoustic guitar playing.
Starting this week (early December), the Jamorama team are rolling out some significant changes to the course. Jamorama Lead and Jamorama Acoustic will no longer be available; instead the material from those courses has been incorporated into the main Jamorama program. This in turn will be available in two editions; Jamorama Standard (which will cost about $49, rather than the current $39.95), and Jamorama Deluxe, and the member’s area has been redesigned accordingly. I’m not sure exactly when the changeover happens – probably later this week (it’s 8 December now).
All existing Jamorama customers are automatically being given access to Jamorama Deluxe. I’ve only had a quick look so far, but it looks like the basic instruction material remains the same, as do the bonuses. But I’ll be going through all of the materials again, and making any necessary changes to my Jamorama review. In the meantime, if you’re on the fence about buying Jamorama, today is a good time to get it, before the price increases!
